We continue to closely monitor the status of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). At Carter Machinery Company Inc., we’re working hard to maintain controlled environments between our facilities and our offices to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and business partners all while providing the highest level of service to all that depend on us.
The health and safety of our Employees, Customers, Suppliers & all Visitors continues to be our highest priority. We know that you are also closely monitoring COVID-19 and setting clear expectations with your employees and partners to follow prudent hygiene and travel guidelines. Carter has provided preventive guidance to all employees regarding prevention, travel, operations and community engagement and we are asking that all of our Customers, Suppliers & Visitors take similar precautions. Please view our recent communications including information provided to our team, for your reference. Please know that these protocols are in place for the protection of everyone and we appreciate your support in following these as well when visiting Carter Machinery Locations.
As of today, all Carter Machinery locations including our Field Service trucks are operating at normal business hours all while taking precautions at each facility to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will also be asking all visitors of any Carter facility to complete a self-acknowledgment form confirming that they are not currently at risk to support our efforts to keep our Employees, Customers, Suppliers and Visitors healthy.
Lastly, we encourage our customers to consider transacting and interacting with Carter using our available online and technology platforms in lieu of a walk in visit where possible.
