How Cat® Rewards Works
Earn
Qualifying parts and service purchases, new Cat machine purchases and leases, and Cat Commercial Account activity all earn rewards.
Advance
Qualifying spend moves you from Bronze to Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier is held for the rest of that year and all of the next.
Unlock
Higher tiers issue larger Cat Credit rewards, which apply directly to purchases at Carter Machinery and online.
Membership Tiers and Benefits
Tiers are earned through qualifying parts and service purchases, new Cat® machine purchases and leases, and Cat Commercial Account participation. The chart below shows how to qualify for each tier and what it includes.

Reach Silver Immediately with a Cat® Commercial Account
Approval for a Cat Commercial Account confers Silver status without a spend threshold, including the $125 Cat Credit tier reward and every other Silver benefit.
Eligible account holders then earn 1% back in Cat Credits on eligible purchases — parts, service, work tools and rentals — using an account many customers already hold to manage equipment costs.

Cat® Credits: Simple to Use, Wherever You Buy
Rewards are issued as Cat Credits, which can be used on parts, service, rentals, work tools and attachments. Like cash, Cat Credits apply directly to your purchase at checkout — over the counter, online, or in the Cat Central app. Check your Cat Credits balance and tier progress anytime on parts.cat.com, in the Cat Central app, or through the member portal. Enrollment is free and there’s no commitment. Create an account on parts.cat.com or in the Cat Central app and check the box to join Cat Rewards. Already have an account? Open the Cat Rewards menu option and select the box to join.
