Need maintenance, wear, or repair parts in a pinch? We’ll have them ready when you say – guaranteed by next business day. No matter which CVA level you have, we’ll get you the parts you need, when you need them. If we don’t, you’ll receive up to $1,000 in Cat Credits.*

Service Response Guarantee

Have unplanned repairs? Whether you need service today or prefer to schedule it later, we’ll be there when you say. Simply book through Cat Central or VisionLink and we’ll take it from there. If we can’t meet your requested time, you’ll receive $500 in Cat Credits.**

Back to Work in 48 Hours

Your uptime matters. That’s why, for CVAs with dealer-performed labor, we commit to getting you back up and running within 48 hours of quote approval. If we miss that deadline, we’ll give you $1,000 in Cat Credits.***

*Maintenance, wear, and repair parts guaranteed as soon as the end of the next business day or customer receives Cat Credits for the value of the part, up to $1,000. Applicable for parts not already covered by warranty or EPP. For a complete list of included parts, talk to your Product Support Representative. **Service response time is guaranteed for CVAs with labor only on the day customer requests service or customer receives Cat Credits for the value of $500. Service must be requested through Cat Central or VisionLink to apply. Not valid for routine maintenance which should be scheduled in advance. Applicable for remote, shop, and field service as available at discretion of Carter Machinery. ***Back to Work commitment is provided by 48 hours of approved quote or by the agreed service completion date.
