Attention Cat Card Customers

As previously announced, Cat Financial will be taking over your Cat Card credit line starting on May 3rd. You were recently sent a letter in the mail with details around this transition and important steps that need to be taken. If you did not receive a copy of this or have misplaced, please contact Customer Service at CatCard@cat.com and they will send you another communication.

Prior to this transition, we need you to visit cat.com/catcardaccept and sign the updated terms and conditions. Using your unique 7-digit code, please review and sign the customer agreement by April 30th to avoid any disruption in your Cat Card service. If you don’t have your 7-digit code, contact Customer Service at
877-373-9510. A copy of the customer agreement will be sent to you as confirmation.
