Rates do not include freight, Fire, Theft and Vandalism (FTV) or applicable taxes. Taxes will be invoiced unless a tax exempt certificate is on file with Carter. Rates are based on availability subject to change without notice. Best Rate - Subject to fulfillment of minimum initial agreed-upon rental. Hour Limitations: Daily -- 8 hours in a 24 hour period. Weekly -- 40 hours in 7 days. 4 Week -- 160 hours in 28 days. Excess Use Rate (Per Hour): Daily - 1/16 Daily Rate, Weekly - 1/80 Weekly Rate, Monthly - 1/320 Monthly Rate. Multi Shift Rates: SINGLE shift = Std Rate. DOUBLE Shift = 1.5 x Std Rate. TRIPLE Shift = 2 x Std Rate FTV Agreement is mandatory prior to delivery unless an insurance certificate is on file with Carter. Liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage caused to others will NOT be provided by Carter under ANY circumstances. Units will be shipped full (100%) of fuel. For units not returned full (100%), a refueling charge will be added to the customers invoice. Customer is responsible for all tire damage and excessive wear, daily lube and fluid checks and must notify Carter of any mechanical problems immediately. Customer assumes responsibility for damages due to failure to notify Carter promptly. Customers that return units with damage or abuse from rent will be notified immediately and be given 48 hours to inspect the damages. Upon inspection or time expiration, customers will be invoiced for the cost to repair damages accordingly.
