Questions

• How much does PartStore cost?
  PartStore is a service provided FREE to all Carter Machinery customers in our Virginia and southern West Virginia sales and service territory who own and operate Caterpillar equipment (some restrictions may apply).
• Can multiple people at my company use PartStore?
  Yes, we can set-up PartStore so different personnel such as purchasing agents, equipment managers, etc. can use the system to place orders.
• Can I use my credit card to buy parts using PartStore?
  No, not at this time. Future releases of PartStore may give the option of using a credit card, but for the time being, you must have an account with Carter Machinery.
• What if I don't know the part number?
  With the SIS Web online parts manuals included in PartStore, all you need to know is a serial number or the type of machine you need the part for.
• I do my own preventive maintenance and frequently order the same parts. Can PartStore make the ordering process quicker?
  Yes, PartStore has Frequent Order Lists which allow you to set-up lists of parts by machine, job, or whatever makes sense to you. Then all you ahve to do is select the list and place the order. It saves time and effort and you know you'll get exactly what you need.
