The company fully funds a Retirement Plan through annual contributions for qualified employees. In addition, employees are allowed to participate in a 401(k) savings plan and can contribute up to 6% of their total compensation that Carter will match from $.75 to $1.25 per $1.00 that the employee contributes, depending on years of service.
All full-time employees will receive paid vacation based on years of service up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
Annual paid sick time is available to all full-time employees.
Employees receive at least seven paid holidays plus a floating holiday.
